Overview
Makoro Brick is seeking an experienced Product & Supply Chain Manager to oversee inventory planning, production forecasting, and supply chain management within a fully automated brick manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock and inventory processes
- Forecast production quantities based on customer demand
- Oversee customer orders and invoicing
- Maintain asset registers and stock controls
- Review and improve operational efficiency
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in automated plant operations
- Experience in brick/quarry/heavy plant industry
- Strong customer relationship management skills
