Overview

A dynamic opportunity has opened for a Programme & Administrative Support Officer at our Maseru Campus. The role is critical in providing day-to-day administrative, coordination, and operational support to the Hub Manager and Programme Manager. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth implementation and tracking of programme activities, documentation, and logistics.


Key Responsibilities

– Manage calendars and schedules for the Hub and Programme Managers.

– Coordinate meetings, events, logistics, and programme activities.

– Maintain records, compile reports, and ensure audit-ready documentation.

– Support the tracking of timelines, deliverables, and compliance requirements.

– Liaise with stakeholders and assist in programme reporting and implementation.

– Perform general administrative duties to support smooth operations.


Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in programme support, administration, or coordination roles.
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Advantage

  • Experience working on donor-funded or development programmes (e.g., World Bank projects).
  • Understanding of compliance, reporting standards, and record management.
  • Familiarity with innovation hubs, enterprise development, or startup/incubation environments.
