JOB OVERVIEW

The Graduate Trainee will support the Human Resources department with a strong focus on learning and development administration. The role involves coordinating training activities, maintaining accurate employee training records, supporting internal and external training programs, and providing professional support to employees regarding learning initiatives.

This traineeship offers valuable exposure to HR systems, learning management platforms (LMS), compliance documentation, and organisational development processes.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organise and coordinate internal and external training sessions
  • Schedule training venues, book equipment, and arrange catering
  • Set up physical and virtual training classrooms
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee training records
  • Capture and manage training data, including:
    • Nomination forms
    • Identity documents
    • Attendance registers
    • Completion certificates
    • Evaluation forms
  • Upload and manage records within the Learning Management System (LMS) or training database
  • Respond to employee queries regarding training schedules and requirements
  • Prepare and distribute training materials, manuals, handouts, and presentations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee learning and development enquiries
  • Provide professional, courteous, and timely support to all stakeholders

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources with a major in:
    • Training & Development
    • Learning and Development
    • Workforce Development
    • Talent Management

Graduation Period:

  • Applicants must have graduated between 2020 and 2025

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
