The Ministry of Local Government and Traditional Affairs – Department of Tribal Administration invites applications from suitably qualified Mabutsane District residents for two (2) Office Cleaner A3 positions, tenable at Samane Customary Court and Kokong Customary Court.

These positions form part of the government’s commitment to maintaining clean, safe, and professional working environments within customary courts.

  • Samane Customary Court (1 Post)
  • Kokong Customary Court (1 Post)

Salary Scale: A3 (P34,740 – P39,456 per annum)
Leave: 20 working days per annum
Age Requirement: 18 – 45 years


JOB OVERVIEW

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing general cleaning and support services to ensure a hygienic, orderly, and secure office environment at the respective customary courts.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Clean offices, court rooms, and surrounding areas
  • Dust and polish office furniture
  • Clean toilets daily
  • Clean windows and floors
  • Prepare tea and refreshments during meetings
  • Water office plants and flowers
  • Safeguard office keys and lock offices after hours
  • Clean and prepare lekgotla areas for meetings and workshops
  • Perform any other related duties as directed by management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) or Junior Certificate
