Overview
Makoro Brick is recruiting experienced Extra Heavy-Duty Drivers to transport materials across the SADC region. This position requires cross-border driving experience and compliance with regional transport regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport goods safely across SADC routes
- Ensure proper loading and secure goods to prevent damage
- Complete trip documentation and inspection reports
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness
- Report delivery discrepancies immediately
Minimum Requirements
- Valid License Classes C, EB, EC1, EC and PrDP
- O-Level (Cambridge) or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ heavy-duty driving experience in SADC
- Knowledge of cross-border documentation
- Ability to communicate in English and other SADC languages
