Sportscene is looking for a passionate and energetic Shop Assistant to join their Victoria Wharf Waterfront store. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience while contributing to store sales and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide outstanding customer service and act as a brand ambassador
– Assist customers in selecting products and offer suitable recommendations
– Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
– Stay updated with the latest fashion and streetwear trends
– Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction
– Replenish stock and ensure the store is always well presented
– Maintain a clean, organised, and customer-friendly store environment
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales-driven with a passion for fashion and retail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
