Overview
Shoprite Group is recruiting Roaming Agents – Money Market Account (MMA) to drive sales and promote financial products across various locations in Limpopo. This role is ideal for motivated individuals with strong sales ability, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service within the retail or banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Promote and sell Money Market Accounts to potential customers
– Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into active accounts
– Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
– Engage with customers through direct interaction and remote channels
– Attend sales activations, client meetings, and promotional events
– Maintain accurate product knowledge and provide correct information
– Deliver a high-quality customer experience at all times
– Manage and update customer interactions using CRM systems
– Provide feedback to improve products and customer experience
– Work independently while maintaining strong performance standards
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum 2+ years sales experience (retail, banking, or insurance advantageous)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Tech-savvy with ability to use CRM systems (e.g. Monday.com)
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends
- Must have a smartphone for work-related tasks
