@home Livingspace is looking for a passionate and results-driven Furniture Assistant to join their Walmer store. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with customers, have a strong interest in home décor and furniture, and are driven to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

– Deliver outstanding customer service and create a memorable shopping experience

– Assist customers in selecting furniture and homeware products suited to their needs

– Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets

– Stay up to date with latest home décor and furniture trends

– Identify new sales opportunities and grow customer relationships

– Maintain attractive visual merchandising and ensure stock availability

– Support store operations, including stock replenishment and housekeeping

– Contribute to overall store performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements & Skills

Grade 12 (Matric)
Strong customer service and sales skills
Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
Organised with good attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Retail or furniture sales experience will be advantageous
