Overview
The VKB Group is recruiting a General Worker (Store Floor) for its SPAR retail store in Postmasburg. This role focuses on maintaining a clean, well-organised, and fully stocked store environment while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
– Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards across the store floor
– Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed correctly
– Assist with stock counting and ordering when required
– Provide friendly and efficient customer service
– Follow instructions and store procedures accurately
– Work collaboratively with team members
– Adapt to operational changes and store requirements
– Ensure a neat, professional, and punctual presence at all times
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum Grade 10
- Good communication skills
- Clean criminal record
- Professional attitude with sober habits
- Ability to work weekends, shifts, and overtime when required
- Customer service oriented
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Physically fit with good stamina
