Overview
Tsebo Facilities Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Scanning Clerk to manage the accurate scanning, filing, and storage of company documents. The role focuses on maintaining both physical and digital records, ensuring documents are secure, well-organised, and easily accessible while supporting overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
– Scan, index, and upload documents into electronic document management systems
– Organise and store physical and digital records in a structured and traceable manner
– Maintain accurate document registers and databases
– Retrieve files and records promptly when requested
– Identify documents for archiving or disposal according to company policies
– Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information
– Maintain a clean and organised archive/storage area
– Follow company procedures, quality standards, and health & safety requirements
– Provide professional support to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 (Matric) – essential
- 3–5 years’ experience in administration, records, or document management
- Basic computer literacy and experience with scanning systems
Advantageous:
- Administration or Records Management qualification

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
