Overview
The Botswana Police Service invites applications from suitably qualified, self-driven, and highly motivated citizens of Botswana for the position of Office Cleaner based at Tutume Police Station. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic office environment and providing refreshment support during meetings and official duties.
Key Responsibilities
– Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish office floors.
– Dust furniture, window sills, and other surfaces.
– Wash walls, doors, windows, toilets, and ensure availability of toilet paper and hand soap.
– Vacuum carpets and clean chairs and sofas.
– Arrange furniture and office items neatly and presentably.
– Empty waste bins and dispose of refuse properly.
– Prepare tea and refreshments for officers and official meetings.
– Control pests using approved insecticides and pesticides.
– Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum Qualification
- Standard Seven Certificate.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a citizen of Botswana.
- Must have no criminal record.
- Must be physically and mentally fit.
- Must be aged between 18 and 40 years.
