Overview

Volpes, part of a leading retail group, is seeking 7 Shop Assistants to join its stores across South Africa. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service, home décor, and retail sales. Successful candidates will play a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences while driving sales and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities

– Provide exceptional customer service and assist with product selection

– Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance

– Promote products and identify opportunities to increase sales

– Maintain attractive and organised merchandise displays

– Replenish stock to ensure availability at all times

– Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing

– Build strong relationships with customers and team members

Requirements & Skills

Grade 12 (Matric)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a passion for retail and home décor
Target-driven with the ability to meet sales goals
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
