Pepkor Lifestyle is inviting young, vibrant and passionate individuals to apply for a Wholesale & Retail SETA Funded Learnership.
This 12-month programme offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on retail experience while building essential workplace skills within leading retail brands such as HiFi Corporation, Incredible Connection, Bradlows, Sleepmasters, Russells and Rochester.

What the Learnership Covers (12 Months In-Store Training)
- Assisting customers on the shop floor (Customer Service)
- Marketing, merchandising and maintaining displays
- English language fundamentals
- Mathematics fundamentals
- Recording transactions and processing payments on POS systems
- Understanding the wholesale and retail environment
- Opening new customer accounts
- Stock control and preventing stock losses

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- South African citizen
- No criminal record
