Overview
Pepkor Lifestyle is looking for motivated and results-driven Shop Assistants to join its retail teams. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales activities, and ensuring a positive in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist customers with product selection and provide friendly service
– Support sales activities to help achieve store targets
– Maintain attractive merchandising displays
– Handle basic cash and credit transactions when required
– Respond to customer queries and resolve issues professionally
– Keep the store clean, organised, and well-presented
– Contribute to daily store operations and teamwork
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 7–12 months experience in retail or customer service (advantageous)
- Basic understanding of retail operations
