Overview
Pepkor Lifestyle is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Shop Assistants to join their retail team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, customer service, and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent service
– Drive sales and contribute to achieving store targets
– Maintain attractive and organised merchandising displays
– Handle cash and credit transactions in line with company policies
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships
– Respond to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
– Support overall store operations and teamwork
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 7–12 months retail or sales experience (advantageous)
- Basic knowledge of retail processes and customer service
