Overview

Tiger Brands is currently recruiting General Workers and Labourers (11 positions) to support production and operational activities across its facilities. This opportunity is ideal for hardworking individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

– Assist with operating machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

– Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment at all times

– Follow HACCP and food safety standards

– Conduct routine checks and report any issues or deviations

– Assist in identifying and correcting operational problems

– Record downtime, wastage, and production-related data

– Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations

– Report unsafe conditions and escalate issues to supervisors

– Support general labour tasks as required on-site

Requirements

Grade 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Ability to work in a production or factory environment
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
Willingness to follow safety and hygiene standards
Good communication and teamwork skills
